How to Find Inspiration and Not Kill Your Soul
This month I said to myself that this is going to be so good because it’s Mother's Day soon and it’s going to be perfect for Mum's Aromatherapy Shop candles. And I was going to write a whole piece on Mother’s Day and candles! Almost about 2 sentences in my creative mind was screaming in pain – it was in pain because this is the dullest article I had to put my mind to. How can I continue to do this with the same passion that I had when I first started. I had to find it.
After sitting with absolutely nothing coming to mind here’s something that I think everyone should watch which I hope you would find meaningful. This is an awesome talk from Dr Brene Brown about The Power of Vulnerability and it is worth the 20 minutes.
Another highlight article which helped me kicked start March was one from a budding entrepreneur. This is laugh out loud funny and I really want need to get in touch with this guy just because I want to be his friend: How I Landed A Millionaire Mentor...FOR FREE!
Sometimes all you need is a little motivation in daily dose form and something to lift your day.
I really really love Ted Talk which I find really intellectually awaking and inspiring. This one is with Dr Brian Little about the puzzle of personality. You could say it loosely inspired the different personalities of the Mum’s Aromatherapy Shop.
I guess the message here is that we all take a little time to indulge in something that it outside of our daily lives to broaden and deepen our empathy of the world and ourselves. So go ahead and indulge in the good stuff. Like our candles made with pure essentials.
Also some pictures of the making and behind the scenes below which I said that I would share in this month's blog post.
