How These Mantras Saved My Life

I am always looking for simples way to enhance my daily routine – to make it more positive, to be more productive or ways to just add more fuel to my fire. I came across this article from the Wall Street Journal about how a simple approach of just by repeating something each day can have a positive physiological effect on our brain. Its a good read and worth checking out.

Whilst growing up I’ve built up a rather impressive collection of phrases and mantras that I live by. If you know me – then you would probably already know my top 3 because I repeat them all the time.

1. Impossible is an opinion (I've had this poster since I was 15 years old. I stole it from a lamp post on Holloway Road in Islington)

2. Always move forward

3. It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop

These words are so powerful to me now, and whenever I need to summon up strength, they are my go to.

Following on from my last blog post about the art of revealing yourself, I am currently working on my next range, based on a mantra that I live by and has been my saviour throughout the course of my life. It has not only kept me strong but has also made me believe that anything is possible. I am hoping to have the new range to share later on during the year. Until then, carry on dreaming! (Just another mantra!)
