Our hot and sweet sauce, combining scotch bonnets with fresh mango (Mum’s favourite!) and a handful of coriander to get the right balance of sweetness and chilli kick.
All our sauces have a thick consistency and are flavoursome as well as satisfying for any chilli lover. We use a garlic and onion base to set off the rich, mouth-watering flavours of the Punjab.
Makes an excellent accompaniment for any meal, snack or sandwich.
