We offer complimentary postage on all shipping on the UK mainland. Please allow up to 24hrs for processing your items which includes packing and securing your goods to ensure that they are safe for posting.
Will you notify me when my items are on their way?
Once we've processed your order, an email notification will be automatically generated and sent to your email. You'll also be notified by text message too if you’d opted in for our text service.
How will my items be sent?
We work with our partners at parcel2go a courier broker who works with multiple delivery companies to offer the best value for your location. Once we’ve processed your order you’ll be notified by email which courier will be delivering your parcel. You will also be able to track your delivery online via parcel2go.com
My item is broken, what should I do?
We do our best to ensure that your items are packaged securely however occasionally accidents do occur. If your item arrived damaged please forward us images so we can share with our delivery partners and keep it for our records. We will aim to send out replacements for next day delivery to you.
My item is missing, how do I get another one?
If an item is missing from your order, please share with us your order number and we will aim to send the missing item to you for next day delivery. Please email us at email@example.com
Do you deliver to Jersey, Northern Ireland or off mainland?
Yes we do, however please note that our couriers availability may restrict our service and we may not always be able to deliver to certain postcodes. We’ll happily check your destination and let you know, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you asap.
Please also note that goods delivered to the channel island may be liable for custom duties charges and we would recommend checking with applicable charges before ordering goods.
